Here’s what’s included: When you book your production with us, we’ll create all the show material needed to get your podcast on air.

Once your episodes are edited, we'll upload them into our shared folder, and onto your podcast platform. We'll also schedule out your episodes for you as they come out, ensuring they're ready two weeks before air date.
We'll share a Production Calendar with you in Notion, so we are able to share all the episode's content with you, from titles, to show notes, to transcripts. You'll see when your episodes are in editing, when they're scheduled, and when they're live. We'll also create a private drive to upload your raw episode files for us to edit. We'll place your completed episodes here, too.

We'll edit all pops, ums, verbal tics, dead air and various imperfections across your episode, without losing a conversational tone. We'll level and balance your inputs, add in your show's intro, outro, and any advertisements, to create a seamless professional sounding episode.
Our team will write your show notes in your brand tone, any necessary show descriptions (for new shows), episode titles, guest bios, show transcripts, and your professional contact information included in the footer of each episode.
